It's olive oil is found in many kitchen cabinets often used as an ingredient in hair conditioners and masks works, usually in combination with other ingredients, such as honey and essential oils (such as lavender oil and tea tree essential oil).

Olive oil can also assist in the prevention of stroke, according to a study published in the journal Neurology. For the study, the researchers examined data on 7,625 adults (aged 65 years).

The results of the study showed that those who in their kitchen olive oil as a dressing or a 41 percent lower risk of stroke (compared to those who never used olive oil) had regularly.

In previous studies, researchers found that olive oil, including in the diet can help protect against heart disease, reduce the risk of diabetes, keeping blood pressure and cholesterol under control, and to prevent obesity.

For more help in the prevention of stroke, make sure to follow a healthy diet, exercise regularly, manage stress, control your blood pressure and cholesterol and maintain a healthy weight. There is some evidence that green tea, omega-3 fatty acid, and garlic can also help curb the risk of stroke.
