It may be disturbing to see green stool (faeces or other strange looking) in the bathroom, but there are some reasons why you come. These are some of the most common causes of concern and green shit.
The liver secretes a bright green liquid called bile into the small intestine, where it is concentrated and stored in the gallbladder.
