Although vinegar should not be used as a remedy for the treatment of diabetes, some preliminary studies suggest may help slow and reduce blood sugar and insulin levels after meals gastric emptying. Another advantage: Regular pinch in salad dressings, marinades, dressings, sauces and can promote the taste of food!

People with diabetic gastroparesis should not use apple cider vinegar because it is also the gastric emptying, delaying some of their condition.
