A detox diet is a short, focused diet program focuses on eliminating environmental toxins and nutrition of your system. Although there are many types of detox diets, the foods that are allowed are often very similar, unless it's a quick way to get juice.
Including food
Fruit
- fresh or frozen
- not sweet, natural juice
- Dried fruit - no sugar, in limited quantities, such as blueberries, dates, raisins, goji berries
Vegetable
